Outside the office, Erik is just as committed — to his family, community, and love of the outdoors. He and his wife are raising 15-year-old triplets, juggling cheerleading, fencing, and karate schedules. As a proud foster pet parent, he and his kids care for puppies and kittens until they find their forever homes. They also volunteer at local food shelters, teaching his children the importance of giving back.
