Chuck Slane has a reputation as a lawyer that loves trying cases. He has obtained many six, seven and eight-figure verdicts for his clients. He has trial experience in many different types of personal injury claims, including car crashes, premises liability, Dram Shop, wrongful death, job site injuries and insurance bad faith cases.
Chuck’s belief is that what makes him a great trial lawyer is his ability to listen and understand his clients. The only way that a lawyer can do a good job of representing a client in the courtroom is to listen to the client and understand what they have gone through. It is that experience that allows the story to be properly told.
Chuck went to law school at William Mitchell College of Law graduating in 1996. He then began his practice at the firm of Meshbesher, Birrell and Dunlap where he learned the ropes of personal injury law. He is currently a partner at TSR where he is the head of the litigation department. Chuck is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He is a board certified civil trial advocate, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a member of ABOTA. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by his peers. Chuck is on the Board of Governors for the Minnesota Association for Justice and is currently on the leadership track.
Chuck lives in Apple Valley with his wife and two French bulldogs. In his off time, he enjoys fishing, movies, music and rooting for the Packers. Chuck’s other passion is powerlifting and he has used this passion to support the community. He helps coach the Special Olympics powerlifting team and sponsors Relentless, a powerlifting meet supporting Hope kids.
