White Bear Lake: State Patrol reported a semi-trailer truck and car accident on County Road E and Century Avenue, Tuesday morning at 8:20 a.m. A 13-year-old in the compact car sustained critical head injuries and was taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul. The 16-year-old driver of the compact car and another passenger, 16, were slightly injured. There is no report on the condition of the truck driver.
The State Patrol is investigating the accident.
