Guy Mattson, Minnesota Personal Injury Attorney

Guy E. Mattson is a trial lawyer who has been working in personal injury law since 2004. His practice is focused solely on protecting the rights of those injured in accidents or helping those who have lost loved ones due to the carelessness of others. Guy has represented injured clients nationwide, successfully recovering millions of dollars on their behalf.

Guy’s core philosophy that every client is somebody’s mother or father, son or daughter, distinguishes him from many other personal injury lawyers who lose sight of the personal loss suffered by clients. Often described by clients as someone who “gets it,” Guy truly understands that to his clients – his or her case is the only one that matters. Guy’s case experience includes all types of auto accidents, including those involving semi-trucks, motorcycles and pedestrians. He also handles cases involving wrongful death claims, dog bites, premise liability claims, and other catastrophic injury claims.

Guy was born and raised in a small town in Minnesota. He received his undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2001, which also included time studying at the prestigious University of East Anglia in England. Afterwards Guy spent time teaching the English language in Prague, Czech Republic. Upon returning to Minnesota, Guy began working as a law clerk at a well known personal injury law firm in the Twin Cities. Guy then attended Hamline University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.

Guy and his wife raise their two kids in Saint Paul. When away from the office, Guy enjoys time with family, hiking, listening to new music, and planning trips for his ongoing quest to reach the highest point in every American state.
